It seems that everyone is trying to find a new laptop, but is not happy with using Windows 8. Microsoft made all retailers pull Windows 7 laptops and software licensing off the shelves. If you were lucky, you got you windows 7 laptop before they were pulled or you got one of the few open box ones. I have been fielding this question for a while now. And, it seems that everyone has been SOL. I discovered a secret in a conversation yesterday. It seems the Microsoft has allowed ONE retailer to continue to sell Windows 7 laptops and licenses.. I assume so they can sell off rest of old stock... That retailer is our own Microcenter (at 9294 Metcalf Ave, OP, KS)... They still do have a few models available. So, if you are trying to get a Windows 7 laptop, you better hurry.
