It seems that most Saudi banks overlook the fact that today’s technology has reached very advanced levels. They have not improved their services and remain to be at the bottom of global banking services, especially customer services. A quick search on Google engine can turn up thousands of complaints that customers have filed against banks. Some of the complaints are published in newspapers while some are posted online.
