It seems to be a normal norm in Navy to declare a person Psycho whoever raise voice against them without any opinion or examination from a medical officer they confine him for any amount of time at their will. Civil police is not permitted into enter their premises even after a complaint from their parents and wife. They will simply order a board of Inquiry constituted by their own group and sometime even the alleged officer also included to it ? Can such BOI be impartial and deliver justice ? The complaint is normally not called in BOI and never given an opportunity to cross examination his/her witnesses ? And he/she is informed about the outcome of BOI verbally without giving any copy of such order. IS IT REALLY A JUSTICE ?? Just watch this video clip and decide.
