It seems to be a normal norm in Navy to declare a person Psycho whoever raise voice against them without any opinion or examination from a medical officer they confine him for any amount of time at their will. Civil police is not permitted into enter their premises even after a complaint from their parents and wife. They will simply order a board of Inquiry constituted by their own group and sometime even the alleged officer also included to it ? Can such BOI be impartial and deliver justice ? The complaint is normally not called in BOI and never given an opportunity to cross examination his/her witnesses ? And he/she is informed about the outcome of BOI verbally without giving any copy of such order. IS IT REALLY A JUSTICE ?? Just watch this video clip and decide. It is surprising that even the retired officers are advocating and justifying the BOI. In civil, many IPS and IAS officers have been tried and punished under the same offence, but in Navy the officer has just escaped with few month seniority cut ...
