It seems to me that we have evolved to be a bunch of blouse - TopicsExpress

It seems to me that we have evolved to be a bunch of blouse wearing poodle walkers. We have a legal and justice system whereby people can be punished for doing the right thing, simply because its deemed wrong by those too ignorant and uncaring to be considered fit to judge. Everyday people are discriminated against because of their interests and hobbies... which are deemed to be evil by those with no knowledge of what they involve. There is no culture of community any more, its all me me me. There are those that honestly believe the meat purchased at supermarkets means no animals were harmed. Farmers are dying because they cannot make ends meet providing good quality foods because people are more interested in the cheap processed rubbish than local produce. People riot and end up in hospital if facebook goes offline for an hour. Nudity is viewed as evil by most and something to be utterly ashamed of yet is constantly employed to sell products such as clothing aimed at teens. How can it be evil and yet be so commonly used for sales purposes. Guns can be used to kill or rob by those inclined to do so... guns in the hands of those not inclined to do so are of no danger to anybody. We all have kitchens, garages and sheds full of things that can be used to maim, kill or rob but most of us dont. What if there was a plant that could cure the uncurable illnesses? What if there was proof that it worked, not just once, but many times over? What if it was deemed illegal because of closed minded people who dont understand? Would you use it to save your life, or just lay down and die? The minds of people these days seem to be so narrow minded and closed, that anything they dont immediately understand is evil and must be condemned. There isnt any need for them to make an effort to understand or learn more. There isnt any need to question the status-quoth, because youre always right... right? Sometimes, the wrong thing, for the right reasons is actually the right thing.
