It seems we are having nasty comments and complaints regarding our pictures of the pigs. However we do not feel we should apologise, we promote local reared / grown / fresh and free range produce and will only use a product we can trace. It is not a case of being sick for a chef to have a whole pig in his kitchen, surely this is a sign of a talented and dedicated chef? However those that have made nasty remarks and name calling ( have since been removed) I suggest you unlike our page as we will continue to rear and promote our own produce, and will also be using it on the menu! Those that have supported us, thank you! And we will have pork and sausages from them soon!!!!!
