It was Today on Dec. 12th, 1976: ( my) KISS played the Civic Center in Lakeland, Florida, when during the opening number Ace Frehley was coming down the steps of their Destroyer set ( actually Rock and Roll Over ) when he touched the stair railing which wasnt properly grounded & was nearly electrocuted & knocked to the floor. He was carried from the stage but was able to return 20 minutes later to resume the show...BUT, out of the bad situation came his first featured song, Shock Me. Heres an extremely rare video ( unreleased ), 1 year & 1 week later in Largo, Maryland at the Capitol Center ( That looks like a big Pringles potato chip, LOL...I actually ran on the roof before a Van Halen show in 1982, LOL...I forgot how I got up there?)
