One person said they were merely given repetitions of statements and news already reported on television and other media. Zulkifli Zakaria, 47, the uncle of passenger Muhammad Razahan Zamani, said he lost his temper last night and almost punched one of the MAS officials during the briefing. “It was only 30 minutes. It was like any other day… a repeat of what we already know from the news,” he said. We want updates. Latest updates which even media were not privy to. We want definite answers, not just possibilities, he said, adding that MAS should stop repeating what was already informed to the media. They were not punctual. They said they were going to do it at 9pm but they only came around 11pm. It lacks the human touch. Yes, food and accommodation are being taken care of. What about the emotional part?
