Amen, so glad I can do this or Id have a stroke, I stay so furious...why do I have jerks in my life? Why would anyone in their right mind give you a check on an account the bank says does not exist....then convince you(prior service, we dont want to screw their life up for real)that the bank has made a mistake...and now that the account is locked...so...hummm...we are in TEXAS...horse thieving is a hanging offense...they come, the girl getting the horse gets the bill of sale in her name, her guy/husband, (not sure and have no reason to believe what they say now),writes the bogus $1200 check...with a friend I have never seen or met, with her trailer, her truck, load the horse up, take it to her barn, where they are supposedly renting space. After two weeks of calling, texting, etc they come back, under duress...and give me $600. the guy signs a paper saying he will be back before noon of the upcoming weekend to pay the rest. Does he show, NO. Have they yet another week later? NO. Is the girl posting goo goo ga ga pics of her and the horse on line...yes. do I have photo copies of their drivers lic? Yes. Both driving on out of state dr lic...when here you must get a TX lic within 30 days...so, after speaking with a law enforcement officer in Johnson County...they will be in as much trouble for no Tx lic as they will be for the bad check. I hate to see probably two fairly decent???(lies, bad check, more lies, still no payment, more lies, hummm?)kids get into more trouble...BUT...it is time to quit playing games...let them hang. They want to pay games...I think there are three people involved...three makes a conspiracy, does it not? Lets see what Johnson County law enforcement can do to kick some hiney.
