It was a big surprise yesterday to get a call from the folks at Table Talk Food Awards Trinidad and Tobago to say that I was nominated for Food Personality of the Year Award. She explained it was for my contribution to promoting food, thinking out of the box. UpMarket regular, Stefan Grosberg was also nominated in the same category for his delicious Del Mano pestos. Congrats Stefan and thank you Table Talk for recognizing what we do at UpMarket to promote passionate local cooks.
