On Friday, I helped our NDP caucus take control of Parliament and successfully force a debate on missing and murdered aboriginal women. And Im ending the week with the Concession Street BIAs Cornfest, an event to support the food bank at Neighbour to Neighbour, the United Filipino Canadian Seniors Associations Appreciation Night, a 50th wedding anniversary celebration, and the AIDS Walk tomorrow. In the midst of it all I had a great chat with USW Local 1005 President Rolf Gerstenberger, and got more ammunition for next week in the House. Lets get to it! Cant wait.
