It was a polished speech. I have not watched the entire speech yet. But it does possess the formal aspects of rhetoric of Mexican Presidential iconography and it looks so far that the Engineer is better skilled than the Script Actor on the Purely Formal Aspect. IDK MONDAY-- A lot needs to happen Before then. Thats when as I understood it, the Constitution will Undergo Amendments. Most definitely that should be organized and if anyone can do that it would be the Grassroots Organization. But taking it to the MExican standards, Grassroots Orgs are actually electoral, juridical, and duty-bound by their constituents. It would seem this Sector should LEAD in the Changes that their Authorities would Formalize. Not the other way around, por favor. PRI que te Pasa?
