It was all legs legs legs tonight! If you missed it here is a mini workout to do at home coz its going to be all upper body Thursday so lets balance it out! #15 squats #15 burpees #15 crunches #15 star jumps - and thats it! If youre really keen do it two or three times with no breaks! Dont forget to warm up beforehand and stretch afterwards! The team did a 12 station circuit tonight 50 secs on and 10 secs to move TWICE! There were elevated heart rates and I expect some sore legs too :D Great work guys see you all Thursday x
