It was an expensive televised sparring session. A masterpiece reminiscent of Margarito fight though Pacquiao was a bit more careful than usual. It was a wise strategy - dominating while minimizing the risk as much as possible. I would not say Pacquiao is back because I never thought that he was gone in the first place. The skill set that makes him an all-time great have always been intact even during his losses to Bradley and Marquez. The mobility, the 6-punch rapid fire combo, the footwork and the punching power were all evident. What changed in this fight is better game management, not taking too much risk than whats necessary. Pacquaio is already an offensive dynamo just by his work rate. He does not need to get a TKO every time as long as the result is equally satisfying. I am thoroughly pleased that he has now a full realization of that. In a lopsided game working on your favor, why throw a hail mary pass when you can run? Managing risk is a key ingredient to winning, whether in boxing or in life.
