It was good to have those 2 days off and rest my quad.. But it felt sooo good to do this workout this morning. Even though I have physical gaols, I work out for more than just that. I work out for my mind, my heart, and my soul. Its a daily practice of balance, harmony, and commitment. But when you find that balance and harmony.. its such a wonderful feeling. Do you have a workout that stirs your soul?
