It was great seeing everyone yesterday evening! Katie and I had a very relaxing trip after VBS, and we appreciate all of your thoughts and prayers during our absence. Saturday, we were reminded, yet again, that God is in control. We had car trouble on the way back from south Texas and several hours later, the problem was fixed and we were back on the road. God may not always answer our prayers the way we would like Him to, but His ways are higher than our ways. Oftentimes, we want to control every aspect of our lives, but we strive in vain and we beat against the wind. We need someone else - our Heavenly Father - who will provide what we need in His own way at His own time. Be blessed today, Stephen
