It was on a busy "social wkend" @ Chanco wen Bunda students had to pens & books down despite being approaching exams period the following Monday (@ Bunda). They booked tha college bus on Friday, enjoyd themselves up to Sunday! The driver insisted they left on Sunday night but some oftha students were nt yet around while others were aslp owing to "matsire." The driver cudnt do anything but confront thestudents bearing in mind that "college bus sisiya mwana wa xul" as perturbed by these highly placed students! On Monday, the students arrived in the aftanun @ Bunda & to those only 8 students who were taking Agri Economics, it was a fatefu day as their friends had written their final examz in the morning! But wait, they hada plan!!!! They met the course lecturer, negotiated with him citing a breakdown on Sunday the day they were supposed to leave. "one of the tyres burst sir & we ddnt have a spare one" one students convinced the lecturer! The students took their pride prepared tha whole night for deffered exams Tuesday! There they were in the exams room! The instructions read " mek sure your r seated 2 meters away from your colleague, no conferring allowed, you have 2 hours & answer all the 2 questions!!". The first question carried 10 marks & was"define agri-economics in Malawian context!" Students smiled! The second question was "which tyre burst?" (90 marks)! . . . . Lyk f u got t!!
