It was on the 13th October 1917 that Mother Mary appeared to the three children Lucia, Jacinta, and Francisco for the 6th time and she revealed her self for as The Lady of the Rosary, and told the to continue to pray the rosary everyday. She told them that the war was gona end and that the soldiers would soon return home. Many people had come to be cured that day but she said sadly, "Some will be cured but on others; They must amend their lives and ask forgiveness for their sins. Donot offend the lord anymore coz he is already so much offended." Then opening her hands and bright rays of light were reflected on to the sun and as she ascended, the congregation finally witnessed a miracle as they were able to see our lady of Dolours, Our lady of Carmel and Saint Joseph appeared with the child Jesus to bless them. This is among the many reasons as to why catholics dedicate this month as the month of the rosary.
