It was particularly hard for me to write this entry because it meant talking about college, or rather La Salle life in general, in the past tense. Being a La Sallian for all my life has been a privilege and it will be something I will proudly carry for the rest of my life. Although I may have graduated from my Alma Mater, green will forever run in my blood. Animo La Salle! To my friends, especially the ones that stuck with me despite geographical restraints and whatnot, I love you to death. Thank you for cushioning my times of distress and helping me pacify my anxieties and for pushing me to become the best version of myself. For being the listening ears when all I can do is complain when I’m having a rough time, and throwing punchlines and words of encouragement to ease it all. Sanity wouldn’t have been possible without you. To my mom Maricar Aguilar and dad Ronald S. Aguilar, thank you. WE finally did it! None of this would have been possible if not for the unimaginable lengths that you both had to go through. For all those sacrifices and struggles that I could not have known, yet you still did for my sake and well-being, thank you. As you may know, I am a self-professed word nerd, but I am convinced that none will be enough to express my love and gratitude for everything you have done to get me to where I am today.
