It was quite painful listening to Joseph Nkaissery issuing aa roadside declaration that traffic offences committed in Nairobi may be heard in Mandera...After last weeks ordeal,I dont think any motorist should be treated like a criminal just because of a traffic offence....Instead of being punished and a day wasted,Nkaissery should have been wise enough to propose that KRA sets up more revenue collection centres where motorists could go pay fines and proceed with their journey after producing proof of payment.
