Item m: The life insurance policy of $100,000.00 be paid to me thru my agent, step-father, William J. Townsend 1825 Mesa Street, Redding, CA 96001 630-243-3112. As, during the divorce I instructed him I wished to keep the policy in effect as I knew I would outlive Phil Eoff. No mention or documentation has ever been given to me that this policy was cancelled. (As I am typing this, on January 23, 2014 - My second husband and I both had insurance policies for the same amount on each of our lives, policies paid for by us to my step-father in the case either of us died, and the amount of the policy was for debts to be paid for the surviving spouse.)
