Itinerary for Offical Opening of the Club House - 5th September 2014 All underage players and their Managers/assistant coaches to assemble at 5.15 at Scoil Chroine Dungloe, dressed in full Dungloe Football/Hurling gear apart from footwear. This may be carried by them or a nominated person may be selected to gather all boots and hand them to children before game/s. If some children have no official gear please ask them to wear Dungloe colours. At 5.30 there will be music to play them down the street and heading out by Mulherns corner onto pitch. We have to be at pitch for 5.50. Then at 6 o clock games of 7 min per side (15mins in Total) will be played. All games must be finished at 7.30 pm sharp. Hurling U6 & U8s mixed to play first. Hurling U10 & U12s mixed next. Cormac can you please organise referees for these matches. The Field will then be rearranged into two pitches Football U6s & U8s Football U10s & U12s We will then finish with a mix of Ladies from U12 & U14. Football referees have been orgainsed at last nights meeting Peter Ward, John Ward, Patrick Mc Gowan, Marty Boyle, Raymond Sweeney. At 7.30 pm Dungloe Senior Band will then be introduced by James Boyle MC to play our Irish National Anthem and we will then have have our speeches and blessing of Clubhouse, and finally our official opening (cutting of ribbon)at 8pm. Management teams are then invited to go into Clubhouse for food while we will have a disco for the children with facepainting and sweets in a marquee that will be erected on Thursday/ Friday.
