Its 1 drop of Peppermint and 2 drops of Thieves in my diffuser this morning. Rod woke up with a sinus headache from working out in the cold with livestock last night and has a lot of paperwork to get done for his business meeting tonight. He likes this combo when the sinus headaches kick in. Plus it makes the house smell like hot chocolate with the Cloves in the Thieves mingling with the Peppermint. That keeps me happy! :)
