Its Day 11 and we are learning how to breathe more and change our state of mind - through laughing, through sighing, through smiling! Through laughter we fan the embers of joy, bringing it back to a roaring fire. We also release stress. In todays video we will practice Oxytocin breathing, review Twisted Laughter from Day 7, as well as covering different benefits of laughter. We are learning to laugh at ourselves and play with the issues that stress us out. When we face things with joy and laughter then we feel better and were less likely to scare ourselves. When were hard on ourselves no one benefits- especially us. When we disconnect from others we disconnect from ourselves and it drains our energy. Laughter is all about connection.
