Plyo lunge squats -primary focus is glutes and hamstrings. Quads too 2.Criscross tuck jumps -Lower body and abs are engaged when doing the tuck jumps 3.Moving pushups -Upper body 4. Toe touch burpees -Total body 4 to 5 sets 15 to 20 reps on each workout! Lets go!!!!
