Its Day 25 of our HIIT Challenge. On Day 13, we did the following workout twice through. Today were ready to do it three times through and add a high knees finisher. Here it is: 50 seconds of prisoner squats (these are squats done with hands behind your head, elbows out to sides), 10 seconds rest 50 seconds of 8 mountain climbers, 1 push-up, 8 mountain climbers, 1 push-up (push-ups can be done on knees, if necessary BUT you wont know if you can do them on your toes til you try!) 30 seconds rest 50 seconds of alternating touchdown forward lunges (these are lunges done with your arms extended straight up alongside your head), 10 seconds rest 50 seconds of full plank hold with alternating shoulder touch (you are not down on your elbows here--you are up in a full arm extension, hands under shoulders-see link) 20 seconds high knees/10 seconds rest/20 seconds high knees 30 seconds rest and then......repeat the entire series TWO MORE TIMES for a total of 18 minutes (including rest time).
