Its Earth Day. I have a wish for the year ahead: How many of you would be willing to commit to stop buying plastic water bottles? Theres truly no reason to keep buying them, and theyre so destructive to our environment. The whole trend was a genius marketing coup by big companies such as Nestlé. Not only are they MASSIVE polluters, but these companies are depleting water supplies in the communities where they source the water (including right here in Ontario). The only time I buy water bottles is for my Zumba events, and I hereby commit to no longer buying them even for that. If youre willing to commit as well, comment below! And while youre at it, why not share (or copy-paste) this status update and lets start our own healthy, loving trend??
