Its Friday, Another week has come to an end... Oh my what a week.!!!! On the surface it may have looked like any other slice of my life... yet inwardly, as part of coaching from Deana Barone I have been looking at shifting patterns that may stand in the way of Musing with my Muse. This week, I was like a dog hound...scouting,, digging for those lifes habits that diminish my self respect. I find myself wrestling with three separate Habitual bones I crave to run after. I am happy to report that eventually I parented my inner rebellious teenager and the grown woman prevailed. As this week come to a close I notice myself being more alive, more present, connected to waves of sadness, being vulnerable, and with the same reverence and appreciation I am also cherishing the privilege to encounter so many amazing experiences and magical beings that have touched my heart this week ... At this moment, this friday evening, I am celebrating the sound of chatter in the kitchen , because the shabbat guests are making dinner instead of me, since I am claiming time to write this. wow, what a liberation for a Jewish Mother in recovery!!!
