Its Monday morning... the floodgate to the HQ phone lines will soon be opened. May all your portholes be resolved quickly. Whilst you are on the phone, please do not take your frustration out on the LMUK team who are trying to help you resolve your issues. I understand from your point of view that it shouldnt happen... but it has... and from LMUKs point of view Im pretty sure they have tested it to the best of their knowledge and didnt intentionally let a buggy release loose into the wild. Being a software tester myself and having dealt with saleforce (the people behind the force aka new portal platform) in the past I understand how powerful & complicated this new portal is/can be. There are only so many scenerios they can plan for (or realistically tested) and human being are such clever things that we like to go from A to B in a million different ways. So there WILL be teething issues no matter how much time is spent on testing. There will probably be more issues when we do switch over to digital. Just dont stress over it, if it affects your touchpoints/cutoff deadlines, Im sure if you calmly explain to LMUK they will do what they can to help, they do understand that its beyond your control. Again, keep calm and may all your portholes be resolved quickly. 2 cents/1.19 pennies speech over. Cue Spidy memes. :)
