Contractors doing business with the city undefined 5. Criminal vs. civil charges contradictory to all existing discrimination laws, unprecedented, vague, undefined; leaving businesses vulnerable 6. Employee undefined; do they all have to live in AR? Live and work in Fayetteville? It is unclear even who is required to comply. 7. Title 7 allows hiring preferences for religious organizations, yet 119 extends this only for non-secular positions. 8. How does the city define non-secular? 9. How does this reconcile with the 1st amendment freedom of religion? 10. Three new businesses lost under this ordinance, refusing to relocate/start here 11. Legal language needs to be clearly defined (Central & S Companies v. Weiss) 12. The Chamber is non discriminatory and supports LGBT rights
