Its Righteous Indignation Thursday! First of all, righteous indignation over the fact that its Thursday already and March 13 at that. Next, I will live to regret this Im sure, but Im getting marginally involved with the GDUI voting process over its proposed constitution. I whole heartedly support a revision of the organizations constitution to come in line with proper governance and non-profit law and incorporation principles. thats fine and dandy, but do not then use those virtuous goals as an excuse to strip rights and responsibilities from the membership and even include items that were never part of the organizations framework to begin with such as dismissing members. Scary stuff and sadly following our national governments model of authoritarian rule. Gee, is there a Tea Party position on GDUI? Apparently so.
