Its Thursday already! How are you feeling? Do you feel you would like to move, stretch and reconnect with your body? Is your mind feeling muddled or running in overdrive? Getting on the mat for some yoga can be like pressing the reset button - achieving some perspective, turning down the chatter in your head and feeling physically better. If you would like some help with that then we have a few spaces left at 6pm this eve with Katy (730pm class is full). Cath is back with some spaces at Fri 10am and Aaron has 3 spaces for the Intermediate class at 630pm Fri too. Give yourself some space today.
