Its Tuesday. The last week and a bit have been a blur and now the time is going fast. First and foremost, my undying gratitude to my daughter Kelly and Mum for organizing my 50th birthday!! The last few months of secrets and sorting guests etc must have been a nightmare...my ahem Noseyness has kept me alive...lol and I apologize for that now. If I didnt offer my personal thanks on the night then I am very sorry. To my daughter Lisa and beautiful grand daughters Chanequa and Jamelia...thankyou for coming! The hall looked beautiful, you raced around like a robot ALL night and made sure all my mokos were home safe and sound in their beds. To my surprise guests...Jessica Porcellana, Sis Maureen Hammond and sista Nita Stirling AND cuz Joey Faulkner......WOW!!!! what can I say! I am usually the one to instigate surprises..the entry into my lounge room, the car in the drive, and the entrance during the karanga into the hall....AMAZING and extremely humbling....a..sori to see you all go! To all my guests...Uncle David, Aunty Becca, Mums whanau, the Matthews whanau, The Cribbs.. thank you! Nga Ringawera.....TOO MUCH!!! The kai was absolutely BEAUTIFUL, Thanks also to Linda Goodgame and the Cribb/Matthews whanau, Shaina and Freeman for the cleanup. To my mate Sue for an unforgettable night....See!!! Told you you would enjoy yourself...thanks heaps for coming. Last but not least to my cuz Kristy A.K.A Whoopi da native Goldberg...Too Much cuz... To anyone I have forgotten..my apologies now...so many people to remember. AWESOME NIGHT, AWESOME COMPANY, THANKYOU!!! XXX
