Its a bit ironic that denialists claim climate scientists are wrong, because climate science has in fact been consistently wrong. However, the science problem is that every projection has understated what came to pass. An ice-free arctic by 2100? Nope, were almost there. Only 3 feet of sea level rise by 2100? Nope. Ice melt acceleration is happening now. The Antarctic may not melt? Nope, the die is cast. Sea rise will accelerate to one foot per decade. Realization of the inevitable will kick off a global coastal property panic by 2020. Smart money will keep it quiet for awhile. Watch for unexpected bargains in coastal real estate.
