Its a bright sunny day here in Stockholm ! It was good to seep a cup of black coffee and look at the street outside ! somehow women with golden hair is visible and prominent ! Atmosphere here is relax although country is heading for its general election on September 14, 2014! As i talked with a friend of mine, as per her, social democrats and green may return to power ! although danger is an extremely right party may secure strong amount of support ! interestingly social democrats has governed this country since 1920 and with some gaps for more than sixty years! its a very reach country with only 9 million population ! its the fifth largest country in Europe ! Vikings originated from this land and dominated this area ! in its history Swedes were poor and at one point one third of the population migrated to South America, besides there were epidemics of Plague and Cholera which took life of one third of the population of Stockholm in possibly 1732 ! long back ! I was struck by another phenomenon that people from Roma community are begging in the streets of Stockholm ! However Sweden is out of war for last 400 years and enjoying great quality of life for its population! To my surprise i learned that this is the land of Absolute Vodka ! My understanding was Vodka only goes with Russians !
