Its a personal motives for MARINA Administrator Max Mejia Jr. to declare himself and his agency a winner as he might be a loser too once the vessel sink because we are all on board one vessel M/V Philippine Republic. To the contrary, their actions (posting a words with pictures on tarpaulin) is obvious to Filipino seafarers. I can visualize that their intents and purposes of posting those wordings with pictures is to deprived the right of other seafarers to join the protest rally because the reality is, their empty tanks are on standby waiting to drain the foreign exchange earnings of our seafarers. Some of the MARINA employees had already mentioned that most of MARINA employees (not all) had already started advantageous monetary actions against seafarers. I do hope somebody will show up in public and point out the root cause of this problems the seafarers are facing.
