I climb up on a chair and I reach for the last chain and Bam - I lose my balance, the swing moves and I fly over the swing and land on my left knee on the cement. Not a pretty site! Still hurts a lot - iced it up a bunch, still hurts 3 days later - maybe should have an x-ray....how much waiting will that involve..... :(
