Its a pot of beans and corn bread kind of day ;) and with the stove on for a couple of hours, there is nothing more that feels like a gift from God than a hot kitchen that breathes a sigh of relief to let in cool air from the soft gray fall day. Gods frugal air conditioning is such a gift to me when all summer long i feel so guilty turning the air down when the kitchen is hot. Not good for the budget!
