Its a simple document: a preliminary report- often only one paragraph long- describing an aviation accident. Its sent to the U.N.s aviation branch, about one month after an accident, by the investigating country. It only describes what happened and when- not WHY. And yet- the Malaysian government is again taking some stinging criticism, because its refused so far to release its preliminary report on the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines flight 370, after it sent it to the U.N. Malaysias Prime Minister says the report will be released next week. But families of those missing say its still another bitter turn for them, another example of their poor treatment at the hands of the Malaysian government.
