Its about time. When I first heard about this a couple years ago I wanted to puke. St. Petersburg truly is a vile cesspool. If youre not aware of the background of this, a guy in St. Petersburg has made and marketed about a thousand videos featuring bikini-clad women beating the shit out of homeless men; in many cases they are handcuffed or shackled, and whipped, kicked and electrocuted. The men get paid $25 - $50 and often leave with scars, broken bones and serious injuries. In the video that the court finally ruled on, they targeted a developmentally disasbled, schizophrenic homeless man for this abuse.
