Its all in our approach to fellow humans. Dealing with this kind of customer is like watching Comedy Central to me. Its a skill Ive developed in forty years of providing service to the public. Dont lose your cool. Be professional. When they find out they cant get a rise out of you, youve disarmed them. Some will change their stripes, some will walk away, some will continue- but youve won. Be proud.
