Its all over now! Another great day for No Pain No Gain Team is behind us. It was a day full of strees, happiness, tiredness, laugh and other mixed emotions... But I did it :) I placed 1st in Classic Category in Nationals! Feel very tired but extremly happy. I hope all competitiors enjoyed the show and their post comp cheat meals Like No Pain No Gain Team did :) Firstly I would like to congratulate our new Junior Champ Adam Lazzaro! This guy is very dedicated and hard worker, we were preparing for this show together and yesterday I was stressed twice as much but I never doubted in him. I knew he was in his best condition ever and that he deserve 1st place! Well done mate hard work always pays off! Also Big Congrats to rest of NPNG Team Clint 2nd place U80 and Yanislaw. Secondly I want to thank Marcin Konkel NoPainNoGain for always looking after me and supplying with best products on the market! It relly means a lot to me as you helped me a lot. I would like to thank my VERY patient girlfriend Wioleta as she had to deal with my mood swings every day for past few weeks and I know I wasnt easy to deal with. Thanks to all my family for their mental support, all my close friends who always belived in me and when I had a bad day they were always there cheernig me up. Thanks to everyone who came to support me in Limerick you guys are the best and loudest audience :) I really appreciate it. Thanks to rest of you my friends who couldnt make it but anyway I felt like you were there with me, all the text messages and phone calls really meant a lot for me and its great to have people like you on board :) It was a very hard prep for me as most of the days I have been out from home for 16h a day working and trainig, and when I was back I spend most time in kitchen preparing meals for another day. It never get easier... we only getting stronger :) Looking back at yestardays show I must say that RIBBF done a great job this year. Show was relly well organised, no delays, very quick registration, everything went very smooth and proffesional! Very good show. Huge congrats to all competitiors in my class as they really looked unreal and I must say it was a very tough line up and it was a real fight there on stage. When I saw guys warming up backstage I knew that S#%t just got real and no one is there to loose. Our top six had amazing condition and you guys really raised the standard. I also want to congratulate rest of competitiors as I know well how hard every prep is! We are all winners! Bodybuilding isnt only about being best but its about being better than you ever been before, its constant hard work, dedication, plenty of sacrifices, and whats the hardest part its an everyday fight with yourself, your mind and your body. I hope to see you all guys shorlty keep up the good and hard work. It was a pleasure to be a part of that show! Never settle! NPNG Team! Now its time for some improvement!
