Position Customer Communication Software Sales Executive Compensation $90 - 120K + Commission, $270K OTE Client Information: Our Client is a leading provider of customer communication technology. Their products and services help businesses communicate with their customers more effectively and to generate more revenue. Position Summary: • Sell communication management software solution to new and existing users within an assigned territory through direct, face-to-face contact. •Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, attending industry trade shows, providing product demonstrations, working leads from direct mail campaigns and other marketing campaigns. •Establish long-term relationship with each prospect and customer so as to maximize future revenue opportunities, including meaningful business relationships with C level executives. •Deliver technical sales presentations •Provide new technical solutions/applications that reduce clients cost and increase the profits •50% of travel/ virtual office Required Qualifications: •Bachelors degree in business or equivalent work experience. •A minimum of 5 years enterprise software sales experience selling Document Management, CRM, Business Intelligence or General Application Software into the Insurance or financial Services industry. •A proven history of successfully selling to new logos within an assigned territory. •Understanding of enterprise computing environments • Extensive experience selling to financial organization, insurance and telecommunication Industries • Proven ability to establish strong relationships with both users and technical buyers • Understanding of Document Generation and Customer Engagement Technology •Knowledge of customer engagement and communications methodologies •Solution Integration expertise including workflow
