Its amazing how much better a workout can make you feel. Seriously I was feeling depressed, had a shitty day, all around unhappy but dragged my butt to the gym and I feel 100% better. Girls, we have a lot of mood swings, and can have days where we feel like shit for no reason (which makes us feel more like shit). dont sit down on the couch, watch tv and eat an embarrassing amount of chocolate (believe me weve all been there), get off your butt, find a workout on bodybuilding, crank up your favorite tunes and just DO IT.
