We were in search of a Pro style gas range to complete a kitchen remodel and found that they had the best selection of high end appliances and great prices . We worked with Steve who worked diligently to supply us with all of the information we needed to make an informed decision. We confidently purchased a range and the delivery was timely and seamless.The delivery men were courteous and knowledgable. Shortly thereafter we started having problems with the range. The range had a good warranty, but the company was in California and the range was built in Italy so parts and service we an ongoing problem. As soon as i began to feel uncomfortable with the product I contacted Rae Ann at Milkarsky and she stepped up to the plate and hit a Home Run for us, she was relentlessly dogging the manufacturer to make her customer happy. She was supported by the owners of Milkarsky and Steve our salesperson as she got us a full refund on the range. (this is unheard of in the appliance industry!). We then ordered a Blue Star range that is manufactured in PA. in it was delivered with no additional expense to us. The range is a chefs dream in performance and appearance, but thats for another review. We are in the Villages but will ALWAYS make the trip to Milkarskys appliance for any needs we have in the future. If you are in search of a high quality dealer to work with, look no farther!
