Its amazing how no matter how many years pass and new movies are made new actors and actresses are introduced you never forget the movies you enjoy as a kid. I thank my dad and many friends who introduced me to so many classic films that stuck with me. people always say oh there will never be a movie as good as this one or so on, but in reality we can do so. I know its hard to top films of the 80s and 90s we just need new material instead of trying to reboot classics that to me is generic and not original. people are so focused on what the public wants not what is cool to them thats what made those classics we love so great it wasnt what we want but just their imagination running wild like when you were a kid you could make a card board box fun but kids these days have no imagination thats why they need electronics to have fun. thats kind of a metaphor for hollywood they think we need all this 3d and special effects to like a movie when in fact its a original story that invites you into the world the writer created. I sure hope we can bring back that originality I can admit some new movies have my liking but with all the movies in theater its getting to the point most people only watch about 25% of the movies out cause the rest might not be for you. when i remember as a kid you wanted to see every movie that was playing. I just felt on venting being the movie buff I am and Im seriously disappointed after seeing my beloved turtles story line being destroyed in this new film that really hurts makes me feel if this is the direction hollywood is going arent we already suffering enough we already have a shady government whats next!!!
