Its amazing how we can get on board the ship of disappointments and find ourselves going up and down with the waves. And, yes there are many waves great and small. We have to learn how to get off that boat and in the boat with Jesus, the one who calms the waves. If were in the wrong boat, those disappointments become great hindrances in our lives. Heres the cure, the boarding pass to get on the Jesus boat ... Hebrews 12:1-3 Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. Focus on the disappointments and sink. Focus on Jesus and successfully sail the 7 seas! Steve
