Its amazing to witness how much wonder a child has in their eyes. The smallest details that are so often overlooked are new and exciting. As we progress through life, and gain more self awareness, then in turn, societal awareness, it is slowly stripped away. We then are on this perilous journey to retain that wonder once had as a child. The awe at the complexity of simplicity. The new and unexplored. Now is the time to find the wonder again, and hopefully try and cut out as much of the middle stage as possible. This notion that who you were born as is somehow wrong, and that you have to squeeze yourself into the mold of a societal norm. I hope Gabriel can see that he is beautiful, just as he is, and that the world needs more mold breakers, not mold fillers.
