Its amazing where u can get when ye talk to people , me sky bill should be €83 pm but latest was 134.50 so I rang them up as u do , insisted on known why it was 51.50 dearer as we hav house phone unplugged and she says we cant give breakdown until bill is paid , I said well it wont be paid til I know what Im paying for so got put through to technical department who then wavered the complete bill as gesture of goodwill and next month free lol and all along a little money spider was crawling on me hand :) As me mam would say , have it and youll get it :P
