Its another Friday and we thanks God for taking us through the week. At todays weekly devotion we were graced with a teaching by world renowned inspirational speaker and leadership trainer, Dr. Samuel Koranteng-Pipim. Dr. Koranteng-Pipim first spoke on the transformation in mind that Africans must undergo for us to change our fortunes and thrive. His book, Africa Must Think, was the basis for his brief teaching. He then went on to speak on the power of obedience to God. In a teaching entitled Dont go to Egypt, he chronicled Issacs obedience to God not to go to Egypt in a time when everyone was fleeing the land for the perceived greener pastures. Isaac stayed and the Lord blessed his a hundredfold and more. Dr. Koranteng-Pipim used this story to encourage us that even in the hardest times, we should not flee to our Egypt if thats not where the Lord is sending us. It was a blessed Friday morning, with a lot to digest and ponder on. We hope you have a blessed day and a fantastic weekend!
