Its been 3 long horrible days since I got the call that my Hagen was found but was hit by a car and didnt make it. Ive cried pretty much nonstop ever since. I know hes a dog but he wasnt Just a Dog - he was my best friend and my #1 hunting buddy. Ive had numerous comments, IMs and texts asking me to please do not remove my FB page and asking me questions about Hagen and my family. Ive tried to keep up with the IMs and Texts but no way I can keep up with all the comments and reply to each of them. I feel so very blessed to have such good friends and so many new friends through my search for Hagen. Never in a million years when I posted on FB my first post asking to please share did I imagine I would get the response I did. Hagens pic has pretty much been around the world and that makes me very happy. I had a man from the Philippines contact me and said he saw Hagens pic and wanted me to know he was praying for his safe return. Hagen was a wonderful dog and brought joy to everyone that met him. Ive asked myself why more then a million times, I know were not suppose to ask why bc God has a plan so I found much comfort from a message I received from a lady that said she feels my pain bc she just lost a loved one too, her young son went to be with The Lord this week and that God needed a special dog for him in Heaven and he chose Hagen. I knew there was a reason and now I know. Here are a couple of the most asked questions. Yes - Hagen will be cremated on Monday at Little Friends Pet Memorial in Houston, TX. Where did Hagens name come from and did it have a meaning - Well Hagen was bought as a gift for my oldest son Hunter - my two oldest sons dip, which Im not Happy about but they named him Hagen short for Copenhagen - Hunters Chocolate Hagen is his full registered name. As far as my family goes I have 4 wonderful healthy boys. Hunter 24, Tyler 23 (today), Seth 13, Shane 9 and a beautiful Red Doberman named Zoe that is 12. I wish I could thank everyone personally for all you did for me and my boys - we will be forever Grateful!
